Position Overview
We’re seeking part-time, as-needed Event Contractors in multiple cities across multiple states to represent Charity Golf Guns at charity golf tournaments. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with military, law enforcement, range safety, or event management backgrounds who want flexible work with meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate golf ball launcher equipment at charity golf tournaments
- Provide safety instruction and guidance to tournament participants
- Manage on-site logistics including tables, tents, and signage
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and firearm transport laws
- Represent Charity Golf Guns professionally at events
- Report fundraising results and event feedback
- Maintain and transport your assigned equipment
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required: – Background in Military, Police, or range safety operations (strongly preferred) – Excellent safety awareness and protocol adherence – Strong communication and customer service skills – Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local events – Comfortable handling and operating specialized equipment – Professional demeanor and appearance – Ability to work independently and manage event logistics
Preferred: – Experience with firearms or range operations – Event management or hospitality background – Passion for supporting charitable causes – Golf knowledge or interest (not required)
Schedule & Commitment
- Part-time, as-needed basis (not full-time employment)
- Busiest months: April, May, September, October
- Year-round opportunities available
- Events typically on mondays and fridays
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Most events book 3-4 months in advance

Service Area
This position serves charity golf tournaments on behalf of my company Charity Golf Guns. I have multiple tournaments in multiple locations on the same dates that need to be filled.
We currently in need of reps for Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, middle Tennessee and middle Florida.
